Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. Lim's philosophy is to deliver what the customer wants to the highest standard and can be relied upon to do what is right for the job to maintain a quality finish. Excellent service addressing a problem in old properties with innovative solutions and good communication with Bristol Water. Intend to use Andrew for other plumbing jobs in the house shortly now that this supply problem has been fixed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Scott was very friendly and polite. He phoned quite soon after the job was posted and was able to give a very competitive quote the next day. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!

Andy contacted me within an hour of posting my job on Rated People. I was pleasantly surprised as the job was not high value and in my experience most plumbers just wouldn't bother with something so minor. Andy arrived at the arranged time the following morning, assessed the job, went off to acquire the parts needed, and returned to fit them. All within an hour. Excellent service. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.
