When a small problem came up Cameron and Jack were quick to react and had it sorted in no time. The price that was quoted was the price invoiced, there were no little extras added on. Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.

The initial quote was surprisingly low. As our house is very old, and has a variety of pipework, there was an initial problem which had not been anticipated. The final bill was higher, but it was apparent why.
