Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Excellent work. Quoted me a price from my rough description, came a fair distance on New Year day to fix my immediate problem and quoted me on what needs to be done. And charged me a lot less, as immediate repairs were not so large. Highly recommended

Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

It have been an absolute privilege to watch this dedicated hardworking young man, create the bathroom of my dreams. Despite significant issues with the suppliers of the showere tray and units, damaged products and other issues, Doug worked his magic and created a beautiful job. He is trustworthy, honest and a perfectionist... I will definitely be recommending to everyone!

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
