I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Harry fitted 5 internal doors, and built a frame to enable a tumble dryer to be stacked safely on top of a freezer. The doors look great ! All done within the quoted time. I’m very pleased with them. The frame is sturdy and neat, he explained the process, he worked fast and was pleasant and chatty.

Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. Wall Doctor have now sent a very professional external coatings applicator and he has repaired the paintwork to our satisfaction. This has taken some time to resolve (Partly due to weather constraints) but we are now confident that the job has been done properly.
