Very pleased with Martins work. He did a thorough check of all the radiators, adjusted the 3 that weren't working, so now there nice and warm, he'll be returning tmrw to replace the valves in 8 of the other radiators. I'll pay the full bill when the work is complete.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

As such, I am currently able to provide fault finding services, or install basic electrical fittings. I have been developing my practical skillset since childhood, always working with my father and grandfather around the house. From this origin, I have since been in the engineering field both electrically and mechanically, but decided to return to my genetical roots. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
