Was contacted by Tomasz on the same day I posted the job (Sunday) and he came out to see the job that day. It was for an elderly couple who required a bathroom refit. He understood that i wanted them to feel safe just as much as the quality of the job. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

Gordon and his mate did a great job fitting the roll of vinyl I bought off Ebay. Had to buy a big bigger size. They managed to manoeuvre on kitchen floor and cut to size and trim round the new kitchen. Did preparation before laying, very professional.
