I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Joe's friendly, responsive and did a first-rate job of making good the (somewhat fiddly) housing around a new Velux window. He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship. After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.
I Have over 20 years experience in the construction Industry. I am a qualified Bricklayer, Tiler, and have a BTEC National Diploma in Construction. I am also competent in all aspects of grounds and Garden maintenance having worked on country estates, and Croft racing circuit. I undertake most aspects of building work aswell as property maintenance.
