Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. Despite some unexpected difficulties, Jake went the extra mile to finish the job on time which we greatly appreciated, with 2 kids running around the house.
