I posted this job on Rated People on Saturday Feb 8th and the first response was from Paul and he came around to assess the job the following day. Competitive price agreed and date agreed for the work. Paul is polite and has good experience and great integrity. Work completed Feb 13th as agreed. Very pleased with experience. The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. The team were punctual communicated well of any unforseen problems and worked the extra into the schedule. Standards of workmanship are of a high standard the bathroom was retiled floor to ceiling and looks amazing unique and finished to a good standard. The team are tidy helpful and I found very honest. Phones emails texts answered instantly really helpful

Myles was very helpful, gave good advice and was keen to ensure the work was done how we wanted it. They worked hard to do the work in the time promised and the result looks great. We were impressed with the supervision of the work throughout. Very tidy, clean and curteous.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Really good men the weather was bad but they came and worked hard, when the rain stopped .very tidy and very pleased with the men and the work (do like Coffey with lots of sugar ) I would recommend them and they texted to keep me informed

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

From the minute Dave came to quote for the job he immediately knew what he was doing and made some great suggestions to what was a strange request! I had a couple of other quotes and all the builders were stumped with the bizarre pipe work in my garage and how they would work it. Dave knew from the start and his confidence in knowing the job could be done to a high standard was reassuring. It is nearly complete bar a few snags and I have been very impressed by all the team

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.
