I am very pleased with the work done by HQ home improvement (Martin & Marek). From the initial quote to the final clean-up, everything was top-notch. They were professional, communicative, and even went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the finished rooms look fantastic! Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!

Brian did a good job fixing my drive. Despite the heat they battled on and got it finished. I would hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone 1st class job.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Very pleased with all the work (internal painting) carried out by Thomas. He was always punctual and was a clean and tidy worker - all work carried out to high standard. He took very good care of all floors and furnishings. I will use his services again and thoroughly recommend him.

Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.
