More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. I had a 5.4M long wall I wanted to be fit with OSB and also three interior doors to be fit along with the new hardware. Harry asked for a deposit and booked me in. He turned up on time on the expected day. He managed to do the whole job in one day instead of the two weeks originally thought. He did an excellent job and we're very happy with the work he's done. Will happily use him again and am happy to recommend him to anyone.

We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.

This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.
