Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. I cover both indoor and outdoor aspects of Plasteirng and have been on the trade for around 7 years roughly. Whenever I take on a job I do my absolutely best to be neat and tidy as I know how important is is to yourself the customer. All work undertaken is done to the highest possible standard as that’s why all my ratings but one are positive (when I injured my shoulder and had no chance to rectify) I have just come back on Rated People after a couple of years working full time for a specific contractor and have had no need to be on here in case you where wondering why the reviews are old. Collins building services is a small family run business. We take pride in all of our work. We concentrate mainly on joinery aspects of building i.e Kitchen fitting, wood flooring, door fitting etc. We do however carry out all aspects of building work.
I don't usually leave negative feedback. But in this case I have been left no option. I had the work carried out laying solid oak floors which cost me £1600. Within a very short space of time I realised the floor was lifting and gaps appearing in the floor. In the summer the floor expanded and started pushing the doors and edges. At this point I contacted the tradesman to no satasfactory outcome. I'm so annoyed I spent all this money sourced a trader through a reputable site and still the floor looks a mess

Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and understood exactly what I wanted before starting work. There were a few additional bits and pieces of work that I asked to be done including removal of some stumps, we agreed a price and they were able to do that at the same time. They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
