George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
