Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Absolutely fantastic, seriously I would give 10 stars if there was an option. After having another trades person in who ruined our doors upstairs I turned to pro-fit to fit our downstairs doors. Pro-fit fitted all of my downstairs doors with such care and to such a high level I was absolutely over the moon. Would definitely highly recommend 100%.
