He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. He and his side-kick, John, worked non-stop overcoming every issue our wonky victorian terraced could throw at them. I'm so relieved and impressed. He's now my go-to builder.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Hi I’m Darren, I have been in roofing trade for 32 years since leaving school to join the family business. I also do building works. UPVC works. All guttering. Full new roofs to small repairs. Ten percent discount for OAP,s I have public liability insurance up to 1 million pounds.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Roof is still leaking just weeks after he ‘fixed’ it. Darren Sawyer is refusing to come back or refund the money. He has simply said that we need to start over with a new roof and will not reply to any messages.

Excellent company. All the workers are very professional yet also friendly and helpful. They go that extra mile for the customer. They did a super job remodeling my bedroom.
