They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. On this occasion I only had 1 reply so was grateful to get the job done but it comes at a price.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

Contacted them to get a quote came out seemed okay said I would have a quote soon. A week later after multiple reminders got a price I asked for a breakdown and was told: "you've got your prices it's not hard to work out" I have three walls one I'm splitting with my neighbour to right, one I'm paying for myself at the back and one that I'm splitting with the other neighbour and was asking for a breakdown of those three. No idea what their actual work is like.

Promised all work would be completed within 4-5 days. Then told me once started that they had other jobs in between. didn't turn up when promised, constantly chasing them. Foolishly gave them half the money and they never came back?? Poor quality of work, remedial works at my cost to correct their shoddy efforts.
