Very friendly, efficient and competitively priced. I am very happy with the wooden fence which Mark (and his brother) installed in super quick time and nothing was a problem for them. They not only took away the old fence (for a small / minimum fee), they also took away some other bits in my garden which I had been meaning to dispose of myself at no extra cost. I would definitely use again and recommend to others - without hesitation.

Welcome to McCartney building I am a multi skilled trades man that has been running for around 6 years. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.
