An enjoyable experience throughout. From initial engagement, preliminary survey work and first fix, through to a thorough and tidy second fix in replacing some failed components. We hired Phil for the above Job. He was the only builder who did not just suggest tearing down my porch amd rebuilding. He came up with a solution that was not only cost effective but with the least disruption too. Phil answered any queries we had, he was polite, reliable and extremely professional at all times! He kept me informed of each step he did, explaining and was a very tidy tradesman. I would reccomend Phill to anyone that needs work done and will definitely use him again. Thanks so much.

A fantastic job, Michael fitted my alarm system perfectly at a great price in fact I also got him to fit a fully recordable cctv system as I was so pleased with his work. A very friendly and professional service at a fantastic price- I would reccommend Mico to anyone looking for an alarm system or cctv system, in fact he is fitting a system for my neighbour tomorrow- many thanks Michael!!!

Dan done a really good job with our laminate flooring, I couldnt fault the level of service provided. He gave us a reasonable price, I would highly recommend Dan to anyone. I would use him in the future for any other jobs I may need doing. ????

I had my hallway light fitted by Thomas and he did a great job Thomas was very efficient,quick,polite and professional . He turned up to the job very prompt. And charged a very good rate for fitting the light Would highly recommend

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
