I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Dan was absolutely brilliant - he emailed the evening of the day that I posted the job and we talked the following morning. I described what was required (emergency boiler replacement) and he came back to me with a quote by lunchtime. After I confirmed the quote he arranged for someone to drive to London to collect the new boiler and Marlon was with us first thing the next morning. He was very friendly and professional, worked hard all day and left us with a fully functioning boiler. Excellent service.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Update on previous rating as follows. I have downgraded my star rating because after the work was finished a water leak was discovered. The leak was due to a poor connection on pipes underneath the floor tiles below the newly fitted washbasin. It has cost nearly £1000 to find and repair the leak , plus water charges. The firm has not offered any compensation for their mistake.
