Not only were Tim and Brian the best tradesmen who we have had, they were the tidest, most reliable, trustworthy people I have had work in my home. They stuck to the quote, fixed every problem that arose, made it as stress free as possible and were super friendly. They will be my first call for any future work that needs doing. Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.
