I had recently purchased a new kitchen which I was installing myself but needed someone to install the worktops. Ryan was extremely helpful in helping me ensure that everything was ready for the worktops. He was very careful in setting out the worktops which were installed to a very high standard. He made sure that everything was cleaned up as he went, leaving me with more tips and helpful advice for finishing the whole project. Excellent Work on Partition Wall, Electrics, and Finish. ?We recently hired these guys to install a partition wall separating our staircase from the living room, and the results are fantastic. ?The entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism. The team not only constructed a solid, well-integrated wall, but they also took care of all the necessary electrical work (including new switches) and followed up with pristine plastering.

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
