I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.
