I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
