I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Once agreed, he was able to complete the job to high standards whilst arranging all the material needed. He's very friendly and has great attention to detail. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote. Arrived on time. Presented himself clearly and politely . On being shown the job he asked a number of clearly expressed questions and made some measurements. I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. This was a very challenging job which had been has been attempted unsuccessfully on two previous occasions by others.
