Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Was more expensive than I had hoped, but we were off to a funeral and had a big gathering coming the next day, so it was sorted. Alin understood the urgency and did his absolute best.

There is only one word to describe Sydney and that is ‘ amazing’. From the start he took time to discuss what we wanted from the design to creating an en suite and refurbished our existing bathroom. He is very hard working and some days put in a lot of hours , he is professional, honest and reliable and did a great job paying particular attention to detail. First, Daniel came and spent nearly an hour with me while I explained what I needed. He gave me an estimate. Then made an appointment to start the work a week later. He and Steve worked extremely hard, did everything that I asked, cleared up impeccably, and finished on budget. They were courteous and helpful and I will happily recommend them.
