Andrew extremely helpful polite tradesperson. Left my kitchen tiles clean, grime free with fresh grout and sealant. Takes his time as he does things properly. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.
Both Matt and Mark were polite, personable, hard working, highly proficient and prepared to go that extra mile to guarantee a 'perfect' job. Very satisfactory job accomplished within the estimated timeframe in what were, at times, challenging weather conditions. Would definitely look to the use their services in any other decorating work I might need.
As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering. Chris when he came looked at the room and gave me a quote there and then unlike other tradesmen we have had. They turned up on time, friendly and did a great job in the room, 4 walls and ceiling in one day. They covered areas with sheets and rolled up the carpet after job.
