George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process. The inspectors from the local council were so impressed that they took photographs of his work to use as a benchmark standard for other tradesmen. On top of this, he pays great atttention to detail and hates leaving anything undone. Secondly, his courtesy: It was obvious that he was always thinking about his customers (our) needs. He was always tidy and polite. Every effort was made by him to keep any disruption to a minimum and at the end of every day, the work area was swept and tidied up.
