Often times we are able to reduce material costs as we operate a ‘no waste’ policy and purchase core materials in bulk. By doing so we are able to pass on the savings to our valued customers. Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

If you want a botch job, rushed in order to fit in other jobs, no consultation, just does what he thinks, promises everything but doesn't follow through, then this is the tradesman for you. Don't hire Lenny if you don't want to pay someone else to fix his mess.

He contacted me almost as soon as I put the job on and arranged to come that day (Sun) at 4pm. He never showed never called and respond to my text. So I can't comment on his work or value but he wasted my time on a no-show.
