We decided to contract Hugh to replaster the front room in our normal sized and quite dated terraced house. After giving us a very reasonable quote the job then turned out to be far more difficult than we all first thought, but the end price was still extremely reasonable given the work that had to be done. The end result and work quality is top notch, Hugh is a real professional and totally trustworthy. We will be employing him again for the rest of our house.

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We are looking forward to seeing the final result ??????????

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The project was finished on time and within the agreed budget. The builders were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent; both the loft conversion and the extension blend seamlessly with the existing house. I would highly recommend them.

Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

We had our bathroom totally redone by Remus and his guys. Not only was in bang on budget, they took exactly the amount of time they said it would, even by putting in some extra hours to get it finished off as promised. They were very communicative, keeping us informed throughout the project, and really went the extra mile. I've asked them to quote for more work in the future. Tom and his colleagues did a very professional job, supplying and laying a crazy paving area in our garden. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
