Matthew & Darren did an excellent job replacing our fence. They arrived on time, put down floor protectors where needed and were exceptionally tidy throughout the whole job. Matthew and Darren are two very friendly and pleasant guys. Would certainly recommend them.

I hired TJHughes to flatten out my garden; they did a great job and certainly deserve a full five-star rating. They were attentive to my requests and provided valuable advice including guidance on hiring the right machinery for the job. Tom was a nice guy who came and undercut a quote I had from another ratedpeople person. When he came, he only did half of what he agreed (although I wasn't there to OK it before he left). When I asked him to come back to finish it, he agreed, but then took ages to come back. He then came back for a few hours and said he would come back again, which he never did. He then invoiced me for the full quote. So overall, not very impressed on reliability. His actual work was OK/messy.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.
