Paul of Forwood joinery fitted a new loft hatch for me. He was very prompt at giving me a quote which was very reasonably priced. The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. I am very happy with the work he carried out and would definitely use him again. I have recommended him to friends, one of whom has since used his services. Like me they are very happy with his work and his prices.

Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!

We are very happy with our finished garden. It exceeded our expectations. Everyone stops and compliments us on our garden and says it the best garden they seen and asked for Michaels business card . 100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..

Posted job mid afternoon by 14.45 leaks sorted. Dale was very professional and extremely tidy. Told me exactly what he was doing and fixed the problems. Would definitely call Dale again. Has varied skills which is great.

John has been brilliant. The work was of a very high standard. We also had some additional work which needed doing, John was happy to oblige and even came out the same day when we had no hot water. I would highly recommend John.

Carl came to the house to look at the work required and give me a quote. This was accepted and a date given to do the work.
