I wish to thank 'Rated People' for providing me with such outstanding people as Ben and Nathan. Not only were they a delight to have around the house, but their attention to detail and superb finish, exceeded my expectations. Dan carried out some landscaping work for me. His work was professionally and efficiently carried out completing all the work agreed, and more, well within his predicted time scale and within the agreed budget. The price was very reasonable and i couldn't be happier with his work. On top of all that he was a nice bloke as well. Couldn't ask for more.

Toby is making me an oak fire surround and hearth, he is forwarding pictures of progress on regular basis and I am really pleased with Hammond Carpentry and will definitely use Toby again.

Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Very pleased with DCH, they completed a conversion of the garage into a new office room and utility within a seven week window working around my bookings for the house and within the quoted budget. The quality of the work is a high standard and I was kept up to date regularly with the progress and decision making. David had an immediate grasp of the requirements and was able to advise on materials and sourced the window, doors and fittings. Happy to recommend and provide a reference.

Alex did an absolutely wonderful job, Karchering/Pressure washing my patio and path to shed. He spent right amount of time, and had ‘eye’ for detail, protecting my plants which had grown along their edges too. Thank you Alex — 5 stars on this Review is because you deserve it.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Scott didn’t seem to go through the Rated People site to get the job - the app told me I had had no quotes as Scott phoned me directly so this took me unawares! However he came promptly & did the job well so I gave no complaints.
