Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

The job turned out to be much less complicated than originally thought and I was not overcharged. Instead the repair was only carried out to what was needed. Very Good Service

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Sam…responded quickly and came to the property and quoted same day. He was able to install / complete the internal work before Xmas. Once the terrible January weather had improved he returned and did an excellent job sorting and installing all the outside lights and the garage. Really great job would definitely recommend . Mark did a range of work for of us, none of which were easy jobs, but all of them were completed to a high standard. Mark has a keen eye for detail and his experience means he was able to offer functional solutions to solve our joinery related issues. Mark did a range of work from fitting a new double door frame and casing to hanging the doors, fitting a range of door furniture throughout the house and filling in 2 gaps in our floor boards where walls had been removed. Would highly recommend.
