George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
