Quoted and arrived to do the work on time. Looks as though a wonderful job has been done, though I'm not getting up on my roof to check in minute detail. No leak to bathroom, so job done. I will definitely use this tradesman again. Reliable and good value for money. I am a satisfied customer.

Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.

I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.

Excellent service from start to finish, from the initial chat, kicking ideas back and forward of what I was trying to achieve, to starting the job within a few days, having regular discussions on progress and even when changes had been discussed between those doing the jobs! Patrick was very helpful right from start. He was detailed in the initial quote and communication was easy and prompt. On the day he was very polite, clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
