We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Pat and his colleague were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to fix the issues with the roof of my house. Little bit of confusion trying to arrange a viewing of the job. But once off the mark the engineer was knowledgeable, courteous and gave us clear and precise options on how to move forward.
