Ashburn roofing installed lead flashing for me on a slate roof. The job was done quickly and looks great. He spent quite a bit of time talking me through various choices and also highlighted some other problem areas that I was then able to address. He also kept to the quoted price. I’m really pleased with the work carried out here. The job was a basic boiler annual service but I found Yam to be easy and polite to converse with. He listened and understood what I wanted. His working method appears to be very clean, controlled, careful and efficient. I would absolutely hire Yam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. I have no negative comments whatsoever and will be giving Yam first refusal on all of my future plumbing/heating work. Thank you Yam
