Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

He went above and beyond what the job was supposed to be going a far as picking me up and taking me to select the goods needed to complete the job as I don't drive. Can''t recommend him enough. Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Came on time to check my boiler, which keeps cutting out. Spent around 2 hours looking at it only finding a cracked insulating plate, but unable to stop my boiler from cutting out. Took details of the plate to replace, stuck a do not use sticker on my boiler, and £100 from me. Then nothing until I chased him for an update and it was clear he’d not ordered a replacement plate. Chased again and not heard anything since. Avoid this man at all costs. I’m £100 down and needing to find a reliable gas engineer.
