Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.

Hi, I've been qualified in the plumbing and heating industry for 15 years, working largely in the domestic sector. I love all aspects of plumbing from a simple Tap Washer replacement to a full install of a Central Heating System. I pride myself on customer service, reliability and sensible pricing!
I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
Excellent, did not know where to start finding a suitable plumber to replace our boiler, you hear of such horror stories, rated people put several plumbers in touch with us, we were able to compare quotes. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
