I hired CFL joinery to install a TV wall bracket. He was quick to respond to my job and was very polite. I arranged further works for him to install interior doors. He took care of everything from providing all the equipment needed, collecting the TV bracket, the doors, handles and hinges and got straight to work fitting everything. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
