I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. Arrived on time to discuss a quote swapped idea's prices and options. Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom. And for some reason he never phoned or returned with the quote. A complete waste of my time
