Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Really well installed central heating. Engineers that fitted it were professional and cleaned up as they went along. They were also pleasant and kept me in the know of things and asked if I was ok with things which I was. Would definitely recommend for all things heating.
We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
