Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I completed my initial training with BG after which I served as an engineer for them before joining Baxi. I have been self employed now since 2013 and have a growing regular customer base.
pleased to get boiler serviced and new thermostat installed. Turned out to be bit more of a job than anticipated but Martin was super patient and everything is up and running perfectly.

Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.
