Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right.
