A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Gregg did an absolutely fantastic job fitting the doors in our home. Some of the doors were slightly off-size, he expertly trimmed each one to fit every frame perfectly. He was punctual every day, worked cleanly and efficiently, and even hoovered up at the end of each day and left everything spotless. He even wore shoe covers in our house.
