George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Well, 8 months on the fridge door has fallen off, revealing a selection of small random screws to hold it up. Amazing it held up as long as it did. Also, on having our new floor laid we discovered a kitchen plinth had been glued to the laminate flooring. Sent a picture of this to Darren to query and he has yet to reply 2 weeks on. Nightmare from start to finish.

2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.
