Excellent communication discussing my job to replace 8 internal doors including a full description of how he would complete the work. Helped me with decision making on type of handles and choice of one part-glazed door, and answered all questions. Job took 2 days, Harry was on time, courteous and industrious. He was respectful of my home and tried to keep any mess to a minimum. I was very pleased with the result, the new doors look great. He took the old doors away for disposal. Highly recommended.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

Very reasonable priced. Fitted 2 doors well, only reason for 4* is that I had to clean up the front room (although he did clean mess in kitchen, so could have been a genuine over sight) and also fill in the holes in framework with filler myself where latches were adjusted. Overall would use again as doors were fitted well

He took pride in his work and was very hard working. "Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.

This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
