I am self employed tradesman qualified in carpentry, who also has a HNC in construction. I work for both builders and direct for clients carrying out general first and second fix carpentry as well as a few general building tasks. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
