Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Horrendous, unprofessional, really poor job.. For mother-in-law with dementia 89 and her disabled son. .Told me he had a big team though sent one person, for 3 Bedrooms, no ladders , no cloths to clean. Used my step ladders left paint on them, blinds ,sockets and carpet I had to clean. Took 3 days but some walls still had staining. Cancelled numerous times excuses., 2 different paints used, he was childminding, painter on nights, hurt ankle etc . Exasperated I told him not to return such distress caused .

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
