Daniel and steve did a great job dividing our bathroom into a cloakroom and shower room to suit our needs. They were reliable tidy workers, polite and punctual and we would willingly recommend them.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

We would highly recommend Mircea to anyone seeking plastering services. He was quick to survey and provide a cost without being pushy. Work commenced shortly afterwards with Mircea arriving on time and working a long couple of days. Clean, tidy, reliable and an excellent standard of work. If you are looking for a company that delivers a great product on time, within budget and with attention to detail then look no further. Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

I have never such an honest and relyable tradesman as Gerry. He is a total perfectionist and takes great pride in his work.He does not cut corners when it comes the job, but is also does not over price or add any extra costs onto the job. I have recomended Gerry to my friends, and I will definatly ask him to do other jobs for me in the future.
